Welcome to Twin Ports Insurance. We are an Independent Insurance Agency, meaning we work for YOU. We are not employees of an insurance company. The carriers we represent are selected very carefully and being independent allows us to offer you many CHOICES. All insurance policies are NOT the same, so we work hard to manage your risk and will tailor a policy/package that works best for you, both in terms of price and coverage. We pledge to make you aware of all your options, and recommend coverage that will protect you in the event of a loss.
We pride ourselves on being fast, friendly and efficient so we don't waste your valuable time. We will be here when you call, we will call you back, and we will sit down with you face to face to make sure you understand what you are buying. We really enjoy when clients come to our office. You can stop by anytime to drop off a payment, request a change or a policy review, submit a claim, or just say hello. We are conveniently located on Kenwood Ave, about half way between the college of St. Scholastica and the Kenwood shopping plaza.
